What you will do ...

  • Register participants and take attendance using standard sheets or ODK/Google Forms.
  • Administer short pre/post checks and feedback cards; ensure clean, complete entries.
  • Enter, clean, and verify data; maintain tidy folders and version control.
  • Produce simple weekly snapshots (attendance %, session counts, basic charts).
  • Support data quality checks (spot-checks, duplicate removal, missing fields).
  • Maintain confidentiality: lockable cabinets for paper; restricted drive access for digital.

You will be good at this if ...

  • Are detail-oriented, comfortable with spreadsheets/forms, and methodical.
  • Can work calmly in schools and community settings with minimal supervision.
  • Bonus: basic data viz; prior experience with ODK/KoBo/Google Data Studio.

Supervision

  • M&E Officer (weekly 1:1 + quality review). Field coordination with program leads.

Key Outputs

  • Accurate registers; weekly mini-report (1 page) with charts; clean data files ready for analysis.

Safeguarding & Conduct

  • De-identify sensitive data; share via approved channels only; follow retention & disposal policy.

Success Looks Like

  • ≥95% completeness of forms; timely weekly reports; zero data leaks; improved program decisions.

Training & Tools

  • DQA basics; form-filling SOP; spreadsheet templates; file-naming conventions.

  • Eligibility: 18+, good conduct/police clearance certificate, 1 character reference (former teacher, employer, someone who can vouch for you).
  • Induction: Safeguarding, code of conduct, role-specific training, site tour.
  • Hours: Typically Mon–Fri; occasional Saturdays for events. Schedules agreed weekly.
